High-temperature Sorter: JYQ-318H Turret High-temperature Sorter
Equipment Introduction
JYQ-318H turret high-temperature sorter is used for braiding discrete devices, IC devices, etc. It has high-temperature testing ability and integrates marking systems. Unify the imaging system to ensure stable performance and high UPH output. Suitable for components such as QFN/MSOP/SOT/SOP/SOD normal temperature and high temperature test selection and classification. Secondary tower preheating device: heating temperature ≤ 200°C, 6-stage partition heating, temperature control accuracy ±3°C, taking SOP8 as an example, can be preheated at the same time 90 materials with anti-collision induction devices in the import and outlet;
Test components: 1 station high temperature + 2 stations at room temperature, heating temperature≤ 200°C (High temperature test comes with its own insulation design);
The suction nozzle has a shielding function and automatically corrects the height function;
Automatic feeding (vibration disk device): vibration disk feeding, fast feeding speed and stable feeding speed;
Main turntable: The main turntable is equipped with 24 suction nozzles driven by DDR motor, which can accurately send products to each workstation center through the adsorption of the suction nozzle.
Guiding/steering device: accurate positioning and reversal of the product, positioning error 0.005mm, directional accuracy up to 0.1 degrees;
Marking disk mechanism: Laser marking, vacuuming, marking visual detection and other functions can be completed on the marking disk, greatly speeding up marking.
Tape assembly: In addition to simple automatic braiding, it also has an automatic feeding function.
