Silver adhesive curing oven is a key equipment used for silver adhesive curing in the semiconductor assembly process.
Working principle:
Heating and curing: The silver adhesive curing oven heats the oven through heating elements (such as electric heating wire, infrared heating tube, etc.), so that the silver adhesive cures at a certain temperature.
Nitrogen protection: In order to prevent the oxidation of silver adhesive during the curing process, the inside of the oven is usually filled with nitrogen, forming a low oxygen or no oxygen environment.
Nitrogen circulation and exhaust: The oven adopts a circulating fan, so that the hot air is evenly distributed in the oven, improving the curing efficiency.
