Laser cutting
The laser cutting machine is a highly integrated device combining optics, mechanics, and electronics. It utilizes a high-power density laser beam to scan the surface of the material, heating it to several thousand or even tens of thousands of degrees Celsius in a short time, causing it to melt or vaporize. The molten material is then blown away by high-pressure gas to achieve cutting. The cutting methods include laser vaporization, melting, and oxygen cutting. Its structure consists of the main unit, CNC transmission, control, and cooling systems. The main unit's frame can be open or closed, the worktable supports the workpiece, the power system often uses electric motors, the transmission system typically employs semi-closed-loop control, the control system can sense status, control parameters, and provide fault protection, and the cooling system ensures the laser's performance and lifespan. Based on the type of laser, it can be categorized into fiber, CO₂ gas, and YAG laser cutting machines, which are widely used in various industrial fields.
